		<description><![CDATA[I dont think 3d browsers will be a fad. 
Too early perhaps...with positioning tech as it is. But there&#039;s probably just as much, if not more, practical uses for posited 3d meshes then there is hovering bits of text. I see it being a &quot;background feature&quot; in ar browsers for awhile, till the technology catchs up to put it to the front again.

I can see a merging of Layer/Wikitude, or maybe a 3rd party buying both. Thats possible. 

As for Layer/Symbian I dunno, they seemed quite keen when I spoke to them. Maybe porting to Symbian just isnt much effort for them. QT/C++ seems a nice development environment, maybe the idea of &quot;getting on every platform&quot; makes it worth the effort.]]></description>
