First of all this is a cool app. But the technology needs to be implemented in the right way. If you don’t know what lane you are in or supposed to be in or how far the car ahead is you shouldn’t be driving in the first place.

Once they have the position of the car, relative to the iPhone, unless the other car swerves quickly, I would think it can “estimate” its location. Just a guess, though.

Nice work, and I have a question.

Screenshots also contains the overlaid things, such as numbers and a rectangle indicating a vehicle. Then, how the vehicle in front of the car is continuously detected ??

The iPhone is like the Internet Explorer of phones.
You have to support it due to its market share, but you spend a lot of time working around its limitations.
